At plcbatteries.ca, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know:

Returns for a Refund
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you need to return a product for a refund, please make sure to send it back to us within 30 days from the date you received your items. To initiate the return process, kindly ensure that your purchase is returned with shipping pre-paid. For a smooth refund process, please ensure that all items are in perfect condition, with the original packaging intact, including warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. We kindly request that you take extra care in packaging the return shipment. If the original manufacturer's packaging is damaged, a repacking fee of $7.50 will be charged. We do not accept partial returns, as all goods are inspected upon receipt. Please include the original packing slip and make sure the Returns (RMA) number is visible on the package (but not on the actual battery container). Any discrepancies may result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.

Restocking Fee
To cover the labor costs associated with handling your return, we apply a restocking fee of $5 for orders under $50 or a 25% restocking fee for orders over $50. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) returned must be in good condition, with all original parts and accessories, and in the original box with the packaging intact. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds and credits to be processed. Rest assured, all refunds will be applied using the original method of payment. Please note that account net 30 orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and outward shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping and Handling Charges
While we do our best to provide exceptional shipping and handling services, we regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your order was eligible for reduced rate shipping or free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty and Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products, but in the rare instance that you receive a defective item, we've got you covered. For the first 30 days, you can return defective items for a refund. After 30 days, we may offer a store credit, replacement, exchange, or repair at our discretion. After 60 days from the invoice date, your product falls under the warranty replacement category. We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on most of our batteries and accessories. Please note that the warranty does not cover batteries that have been overcharged, undercharged, or left to fully discharge for extended periods, nor does it cover abuse and misuse. If you need to return a warranty item, simply follow the instructions provided in the returns authorization email. We reserve the right to test any battery before issuing a new replacement or refund. Removal of warranty stickers or modification of any internal component will void the warranty.

Damaged Packages and Package Refusal
In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, please save the merchandise, original box, and packing materials. Notify us within 24 hours at 1-888-730-8658, and we'll arrange for a carrier inspection and pickup of the damaged merchandise. To avoid additional costs, we recommend not refusing packages. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier charges us for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund. Instead, kindly accept the package and contact us to initiate the return process.

Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we'll be happy to assist you. Please note that order cancellation is time-sensitive and at our discretion. To cancel your order, you must speak to a live person by phone before the shipment is processed. Emails or voicemails alone are not sufficient to request a cancellation. Our phone hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we follow a process with the carriers to locate it. Please understand that this process is beyond our control, but we'll do everything we can to assist you. A track and trace must be initiated with the shipping carrier, which can take up to 14 business days to process. If the package is not found, we'll be happy to reship your order once the process is complete.

Clearance & Final Sales Returns
Clearance products have special return conditions. Returns will only be accepted for defective products upon customer receipt. Please ensure that returns are received at the address above within 14 days of the product receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must follow the process described above and submit an online Return Materials Authorization (RMA) request form. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. RMA numbers for clearance and final sales products are valid for a maximum of 5 business days. Due to limited stock, replacement products may not always be available and cannot be guaranteed.
